WCG Trifecta supports custom investigator training, safety letter distribution, and regulatory document management through the InvestigatorSpace® platform.
My main responsibility is updating the corporate website, building bespoke websites for clients, creating the UI/UX of client facing web app, designing niche mobile apps, and any general design work needed for marketing/branding purposes.
InvestigatorSpace: redesigning sign in pages
InvestigatorSpace® Clinical Qualifications Management System (CQMS) is the training and communication platform utilized by many clinical trial sites. I have been asked to redesign responsive Sign In, Forgot Password, Register, and Contact pages.
For the wireframes, I used Whimsical workspace. I then created each layout in VS Code, utilizing Tailwindcss.

Zendesk: Theme Template and Guide
The goal of this project is creating ZenDesk User Manual Theme and Structure.
The InvestigatorSpace theme has been installed, and some customizations to the CSS have been implemented. Under the supervision of the Art Director, I organized the categories and sections.
Lastly, I set some guide lines on how to build the pages properly.
